These are the perfect trees for color sorting. Pair them with other toys (such as our little men) in our pastel line up to practice color sorting and matching. Make a little village and add these to it!!! Draw a little background on paper, and use wood toys to make your little imaginary play setting.

This set pairs beautifully with other toys in our lineup. This set is good for colour sorting, shape identification, pincer grasp, counting, stacking, hand-eye coordination — the list goes on. Plus it is great for imaginary play. My daughter likes sorting the colours, playing with them with peg dolls, and even playing with them with her play food. She plays with them in her “kitchen”. Open ended play is also encouraged — Painted in pastel and neutral colours, the trees are pleasing to touch; as well as look beautiful on a shelf.
The paint used is lead free, phlalate free, formaldehyde free, ammonia free, and zero VOC. It is truly a non toxic paint for your little ones. The clearcoat is also water-based and non-toxic.

These are such a hit in our homeschool house. I have kiddos that are very tactile in their learning. When paper doesn't cut it, I bring these out. You can fill them up with sensory fillers, trace them with your fingers, put kinetic sand in them or even play dough. So many options! The more senses you can engage when learning, the more that information sticks. These help us with that! I recommend getting 2 sets (or even an extra set of vowels) if you are practicing spelling so you have enough letters. :) Happy Learning!
